ALERTA Y SOLIDARIDAD URGENTE - COPINH

Corte de Apelación de Santa Barbará emitirá resolución este jueves 25 de julio en el caso de  Berta Cáceres Este 25 de julio, la Corte de Apelación de Santa Bárbara emitirá resolución sobre el Recurso de Apelación presentado por la Fiscalía de ese mismo departamento contra la compañera Berta Cáceres. Con dicho recurso esa Fiscalía manifiesta su desacuerdo con la resolución emitida por el Juzgado 1ro. de Letras de esta ciudad el día 13 de junio del presente, donde se dictó   sobreseimiento provisional para la compañera Berta, desestimando así las pruebas presentadas por las partes acusadoras, y suspendiendo las medidas sustitutivas que se le habían impuesto. Sabemos que dentro de la Corte de Apelaciones hay ya presiones para que se cambie la resolución y se dicte el auto de prisión.
